On Heat...!

Sweating is taken very seriously even in the past, evident from the numerous mentions in the great tomes from the by-gone era. Going back as far as the 6th century BC, sweating is considered a very important element of well-being in the Sanskrit Ayurveda...(hurmmmm....)

Today, such sweating exercise often take place in a sauna, inducing a person's body to produce an artificial fever. Although one may look relaxed whilst sitting in a sauna, what's unseen is that the body's organs are working as if a strenuous activity is being carried out [one will get a bit tired...so after the sauna better take a nap for a while...(^.^)]. As one sweats, the body is being cleansed from within, 'excreting' sweat.

Medical research alone reveals that bathing in high temperatures has a beneficial effect on he body. Heat treatment in all their various guises have, throughout the ages, been providing people with a soothing interlude and very practical ways to detoxify.

Slimming...?...he3...
But there is more to heat treatment than simply burning fat. Heating the body is also said to be an effective way to help balance the body's pH. Together with the increased circulation, it is said to help boost the body's immune system..

The amount of fluid lost during a sauna bath may be about half kilogram but this can easily be compensated by drinking a few glasses of water to avoid de-hidration .

As the sauna's heat cause the heart to pump faster, the blood vessels open, and more blood an doxygen circulate in the body, and the bather feels refreshed and energised. As the sweat glands work, more calories are used. In fact, evidence reveals that up to 300 calories can be expended in a sauna session of between 20 to 30 minutes. the heat from the sauna also acts to purge toxins.

You can even do your own sauna....so, no more expenses problem perhaps... i did it with the ladies[mom, aunt, sisters] at home..!.... (^_^)v..! ... we add some herb portion...he...all about the beautiness...v

History About Our Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h

::Chapter 1 - The Birth::

Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h was born in Makkah, Arabia. His mother, Aminah, was the daughter of Wahb son of Abd Manaf of the Zuhrah family. His father, Abdullah, was the son of Abdul Muttalib. His geneology has been traced back in roughly forty generations to the noble house of Ishmael, the son of Abraham.

Prophet Muhammad's father had died before his birth, and his mother died when he was about six years old, making an orphan.

In accordance with the tradition of the noble families of Makkah, he was cared for in his infancy by a foster mother in a remote village. He lived with his foster mother, Halimah, for a few years, during which, he was taken to Makkah several times to visits his mother. After the death of his mother, he was placed under the custody of his grandfather, Abdul Muttalib. When his grandfather died, he came under the care of his uncle, Abu Talib. During this time, he used to  tend sheep around Makkah and accompany his uncle on trade journey to Syria.

It comes to my mind to write something that would benefit the readers of my blogs... so i start with the story of our beloved Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h (peace be upon him)... ^_^... as our Prophet says: "...spread my words even though a words..."
and I'm hoping that this should works..^_^..

Longest is all about... ^_^

I just read from one of the magazine... and find-out one interesting column about words...with only 26 letters in the English alphabet, the combination to form words can get interesting, they give an examples:

  • "Aegilops" - is the longest word with letters in alphabetical oerder. It means goat grass.

  • "Queuing" - has the longest run of vowels.

  • "Swims" - is the longest word with 180 degree symmetry.

  • "Stressed & Dessertes" - are the longest words which can be reversed.

  • "Esophagographers" - is the longest word wich all letters appear twice. It refers to people experienced in radio-graphic visualization of the oesophagus using a swallowed radiopaque contrast medium.

  • "Strenghts" - is the longest word that has only one vowel.

  • "Stewardesses" - is the longest word that can be type with the left hand.

  • "Dermatologyphics" - the longest word without repeating letter. It refers to the study of skin markings & patterns on fingers, hands and feet.

  • "Latchstring" - has the longest run of consonants.

  • "Screeched" - is the longest one-syllable word.

  • "Honorificabilitudinitatibus" - is the longest word to alternate consonants & vowels.

I don't even think about it if I'm not reading... ^_^...

Kehausan Ibn Abbas Terhadap Ilmu Pengetahuan

“ Aku masih belum merasa hampa. Aku memulai pertanyaanku mengenai ilmu pengetahuan.

Mereka berkata kepadaku,

“Sungguh kasihan! Sedangkan kamu boleh mengejutkan kami dari tidur.”

“Tidaklah aku suka menggangu kamu demi kepentingan diriku sendiri.”
