5 Simple Blogging Tips To Earn Respect

As Salam.
I accidently crush through this Dezine Weblog... they are talking about tips to earn some respect from both readers and other bloggers and its quite goooooooood...(^o^)??? Hence, from the 'slice of kek batik'... i would like to share it you! ahaks! :D

Below are the lists of 5 simple blogging tips that you can follow to earn respect.

1. Always give credit to the original author(s)

When you are posting about something that you read on other blog / site then you must give credit to the original author. If you are not giving credit it means you are silently claiming to be the author of the topic and it is a lie, you are simply lying to your readers – don’t expect any respect then.

2. Do not hide original author’s link

Even if you are giving link to the original author you should not hide it somewhere in the content by using the normal text color that it cannot be identified easily.

3. Do not watermark images

Watermarking images with your website URL to promote your site is very cheap act and never appreciated. There are other decent and acceptable ways to promote your site.

If you are watermarking to stop images stealing then just enable Hotlink Protection option on your server. Only original photographers and designers can watermark their images.

4. Do not leach other’s bandwidth

If you are using images for your blog you must host them on your own server. Hotlink images from other sites is illegal.

5. Always give some references

It is a professional way of blogging to give reference links to your readers where they can find more detailed information about your topic. If you don’t give reference links you are stopping your readers to find more about the topic and your readers will have to find more information on some other site therefore they will not return to your blog again.

p/s: i dedicate this post special to all bloggers who stuck in the net... :) ... we just love the jamming on the net is it?... hahaha... (^o^)??

**it's not a compulsory to follow the guide... hehehe... it's all about you yourself to decide.
***if you have some sense of humanity and love... please spread this others...

create using Gimp + Gnome... hohoho!.. :)
